Tour Overview
This 10 days Uganda Holiday offers a great experience around the Pearl of Africa. You may opt to transfer between national parks using chartered flights and see the stunning scenery seen below you and stay in the stunning safari camps. Or alternatively, you explore the different national parks on road transport using 4×4 safari comfortable vehicle as you watch the beautiful scenery along the country side.
From Entebbe, the trip starts with, Muchison falls National Park with a savannah game drive and boat cruise on River Nile bringing you close to the falls and caching sights of both small and large animals seen along the river Nile. The proceed to Kibale forest where you will see the chimps in their natural habitat, then to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will do kazinga channel boat cruise and for a peak highlight of the luxury wildlife safari. Then to Bwindi where you will get to spend an hour with the mountain Gorillas in their Natural habitat, then lastly to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation after your encounter with the gorillas.

10 Days Luxury Uganda Holiday: Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be met by our company driver guide will pick you up and transfer to your hotel where you will check in for relaxation from the long trip, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison falls National water
After morning breakfast at the lodge, the driver guide will pick you up and start your journey to Murchison falls national park. Muchison falls national park is one of the oldest parks in Uganda, located in the northern end of the Albertine Rift valley Hosting over 76 mammal species and 451 recorded bird species. Muchison falls is bisected by the Victoria Nile resulting in to 45m gorge Rift valley wall creating the spectacular Muchison falls. The river offers a great opportunity for game drive and the regular visitors here include; elephants, buffalos, giraffes while the hippos and Crocodiles and aquatic birds are permanent residents. you will have lunch enroute in Masindi or at the New court view hotel, continue to the park and on arrival, proceed with the visit to the top of the falls where you will witness the powerful water falls squeezing through 45m and dropping down with a thunderous roar. After, continue to the lodge with enroute game drive. On arrival, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Destination: Murchison Falls National Park
Day 3: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
Have morning breakfast and thereafter, drive to the park for early morning game drive, early morning is best for gem viewing when the animals are most active. You will catch up with the early risers and predators hunting for morning game. You will explore several game tracks where you will be able to several different animal species including the buffalos, elephants, giraffes, lions, water bucks, Uganda Kobs, leopard among others. The game drive goes on and ends at 12:00pm where you will drive to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, drive to the start point of the boat cruise, During the boat, you will be able to see the highest concentration of hippos, and crocodiles in the water and some aquatic birds while offshores, you will see the Elephants, buffalos, antelopes among others. After you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale forest National Park
You will have morning breakfast and after, check out of the lodge and transfer to Kibale forest national park, then drive to Fort Portal passing via Mityana-Mubende road. Have a stopover in Mubende and visit the Nakayima tree. Have lunch en route and continue to Kibale forest national park arriving at the park in the afternoon. Proceed and check in and relax at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Destination: Kibale Forest National Park
Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi Nature walk
Wake up early and have morning breakfast and after go to the park headquarters for pre-trekking briefing by the expert ranger guide who will go through the rules and regulations for chimpanzee trekking. You will be put in groups accompanied by the ranger guide to the start point of the gorilla trek. The trek may last for about 30 min to half a day. During the trek, you will encounter other primates and bird’s species in the forest. When you have found the chimps, you will be allowed one hour with them as you observe them go about their daily activities. After return to the lodge for lunch and brief rest.
In the afternoon, go on Bigodi nature around the Bigodi swamp where you will encounter several primate species like the black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, olive baboons, grey checked mangabeys, plants as well as bird species. Bigodi swamp is bird watchers’ paradise with several bird species spotted here. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, afternoon launch cruise and evening game drive
Have morning breakfast and after, check out and drive to queen Elizabeth national park. On arrival, proceed and check in to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, proceed for the Kazinga channel boat cruise which is a highlight of all activities in the park. Kazinga channel boost with the highest concentration of hippos, crocodiles and several aquatic bird species. On the shores you will see the elephants, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, warthogs among others drinking water along the shores.
After the boat, you will go on evening game drive for more game viewing, evenings are also best for game viewing when the animals are most active. Be on the look for the game that you could have missed during the first game drive.

Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Day 7: Game drive in Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park
After morning breakfast go on game drive in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park. Ishasha is famous for the tree climbing lions, and also harbor number of predators and best spot for game viewing.
Game drives searching for the tree climbing lions. On a lucky day, you can see several prides resting on the branches on the branches of trees.

Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After morning breakfast, go on another morning game drive for more game viewing and to increase your chances of seeing the pride of the lion, before transferring to Bwindi. Check out of the park and drive to Bwindi with eroute lunch arriving the park in the evening, check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Destination: Bwindi National Park
Day 9: Gorilla trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Have early morning breakfast. With your packed lunch, head out to the park headquarters where you will join other trekkers for briefing about the rules and regulations for gorilla trekking. You will be divided in groups, assigned gorilla group you will be trekking and led by an expert ranger to begin the gorilla search in the forest.
Gorilla trekking requires physical fitness and energy to hike through the slopes, gorilla families are assigned depending on your physical fitness therefore, you will need to inform the ranger about your ability so that you are assigned the gorilla group based on your physic. You will then begin the trek. The activity may last for about 2 hours to three quarters of the day depending on the location and how far the gorillas have moved. Once you have found them, you will be allowed one hour to spend with them as you observe them. Take photos and record your epic moments with the gorillas for your memories. After return to the park headquarters where you will be awarded with the certificate of participation in gorilla trekking. After you will return to the lodge, check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi one of the fresh water bodies, peaceful with conducive atmosphere to unwind after along day gorilla trekking experience. On arrival, you will check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Destination: Lake Bunyonyi
Day 10: Morning canoe boat and Departure
Wake up and have morning breakfast and thereafter, go on canoe boat in lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi offers variety of things to see and do. Like canoe boat on the lake where you will get to visit some of the Island each having its significant meaning. Alternatively, you may opt for nature walk around the communities and around the lake where you will see some bird’s species and some primates, you meet some of the locals as go about their daily activities. After return to the lodge, check out and start your return journey back to Kampala with enroute lunch and another stop over at the equator for some photoshoot, continue to Kampala arriving in the evening. The driver guide will drop you off at the airport in time for your departure flight back home or at your preferred drop off point.

The trip will start from Kampala or Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park to Kibale forest National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and you will be dropped off at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe international airport after the trip.
