Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek – Namibia
Your safari begins in Windhoek, Namibia’s capital. After airport pickup, settle into your guesthouse and meet your guide. Enjoy a city tour including landmarks like Christ Church and Independence Avenue. In the evening, dine at the iconic Joe’s Beerhouse (own expense).
Day 2: Windhoek to Namib Desert
Depart Windhoek and journey into the heart of the Namib Desert. Arrive at Agama Lodge, where desert landscapes and rooftop stargazing await.
Day 3: Namib-Naukluft National Park
Wake early to climb Dune 45 and visit the surreal Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei salt pans. Later, explore Sesriem Canyon before returning to your desert lodge for relaxation.
Days 4 & 5: Namib Desert to Swakopmund
Travel through otherworldly Moon Landscapes to Swakopmund. Explore this seaside town with its German architecture and optional adventure activities like sandboarding and marine cruises on Day 5.
Day 6: Swakopmund to Twyfelfontein
Head north via the Skeleton Coast and Brandberg Mountain to Twyfelfontein, home to ancient San rock engravings. Overnight at Malansrus Tented Camp.
Day 7: Twyfelfontein to Etosha National Park

Day 8: Full-Day Etosha Safari

Days 11 & 12: Zambezi Region – Namibia
Continue to Namushasha River Lodge in the lush Zambezi Region. Enjoy river cruises on the Kwando River and 4×4 game drives in the off-the-beaten-track Bwabwata National Park—home to hippos, elephants, lions, and rare antelope species.
