Itinerary for this Tour
Day 1: Livingstone to Lusaka – Zambia
We depart early from Livingstone, Zambia, with a final glimpse of Victoria Falls. On our way through rural Zambia, the landscape transitions to sub-tropical, and the roads become more rugged. We arrive just south of Lusaka and camp in a shady oasis surrounded by natural bush, where you may encounter animals like impala, giraffe, zebra, and vibrant birdlife.

Day 2: Lusaka to Petauke – Zambia
We continue east along the Great East Road, passing small villages and farms. We stop at the bustling Luangwa Market, where traders sell fish, fruits, and local crafts. The Luangwa River is home to the world’s largest concentration of hippos, which are crowded into shrinking pools of water.

Day 3 & 4: South Luangwa National Park – Zambia

You can choose to explore the park on a game drive or walking safari, followed by a sunset game drive.

Day 10 & 11: Iringa to Mikumi National Park – Tanzania
