4 Days Nature Mburo & Wildlife Safari: Detailed Itinerary

 Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe to Kampala 

An evening airport pick up by our driver guide, and then you will be transferred to the hotel reserved for you in Kampala. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Destination:  Kampala City

Day 2: Drive from Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

Depart Kampala after breakfast for Lake Mburo National. The drive will take you about 3-4 hours with a stopover at the equator and the local village to see how the local villages live their day to day life, continue through the savannah grasslands dotted with settlements, plantations and several herds of local long horned Ankole cattle. Have lunch at the lodge on arrival, you will go for a boat trip on the lake which is endowed with a variety of animals such as hippos and crocodiles and bird species. Back to the lodge for dinner and sleep over

Day 3: Game Drive and Nature Walk

Have an early morning game drive through the park look out for animals like zebra, hippos, crocodiles, eland, antelope, impala and a variety of birds. There after return to your lodge for breakfast and then proceed with a guided nature walk that will take you to the salt lick area that offers a chance to see species of animals. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Travel Back to Kampala

Early morning breakfast and then transfer to Kampala arriving in the afternoon ,have your lunch meal and then either do a city tour in case your still in the country and if not transfer to Entebbe international airport for your departure flight.

Getting There

The trip will start from Kampala or Entebbe to Lake Mburo National Park and you will be dropped off at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe international airport after the trip.
