Itinerary for this Tour
Day 1: Swakopmund to Namib Desert – Namibia
Our Namibia safari begins in Swakopmund, where we head into Southern Namibia and the iconic Namib Desert, the world’s oldest desert. After setting up camp in the desert, join a local expert for a guided desert walk to learn about this unique ecosystem and its inhabitants. Enjoy dinner under the stars in one of the most remote places on Earth.

Day 2: Sesriem & Sossusvlei (Namib-Naukluft National Park) – Namibia
Wake up before dawn for a sunrise experience in the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Visit Dune 45, one of the tallest sand dunes in the world, and take in the stunning views. Afterward, explore the surreal Deadvlei, a clay pan surrounded by towering dunes and ancient dead trees, creating an otherworldly landscape.

Day 3: Namib Desert – Namibia
Relax and recharge today as you take in the desert’s tranquility. Optional activities include self-guided walks to explore the area further.

Day 4: Namib Desert to Quiver Tree Forest, Giants Playground & Keetmanshoop – Namibia
Travel through the desert to the Quiver Tree Forest, where over 500 ancient trees stand amidst striking dolerite hills. Afterward, visit the nearby Giant’s Playground, a fascinating collection of rock piles, perfect for photography. Spend the night in Keetmanshoop.

Day 5: Keetmanshoop to Fish River Canyon & Orange River – Namibia
Explore the Fish River Canyon, one of the largest canyons in the world, and take in panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape. Then, head to the Orange River, the natural border between Namibia and South Africa. Optional canoeing on the river offers a chance to experience its beauty from the water.

Day 6: Orange River to Cederberg Region – South Africa
Cross into South Africa and travel through Namaqualand, known for its vibrant springtime wildflower blooms. Continue into the Cederberg Mountains, famous for their dramatic landscapes and biodiversity. Spend the night near Citrusdal and enjoy a traditional South African meal.

Day 7: Citrusdal to Cape Town – South Africa
On the final day of our Namibia safari, we make our way to Cape Town, passing citrus orchards and picturesque farmstalls. Stop at Table Bay for a view of Table Mountain before arriving in Cape Town, where the adventure ends.
