Day-by-Day Botswana Safari Itinerary

Days 1–2: Maun to Xaoo Safari Camp – Okavango Delta

Begin your Botswana Safari in Maun with a road transfer to Xaoo Safari Camp, located on a private concession bordering Moremi Game Reserve. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by floodplains and forested islands, with activities such as mokoro rides, walking safaris, and cultural village visits led by local guides.

Days 3–4: Helicopter Transfer to Mogogelo Camp – Okavango Delta

Take a scenic helicopter flight to Mogogelo Camp in a private concession of the eastern Okavango Delta. Experience sunrise and sunset game drives with expert local guides, and relax at the pool between safaris. Optional mokoro day trips and night drives are available.

Days 5–6: Fly to Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge – Kazuma Pan & KAZA

Fly northeast to the vast Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA) and settle at Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge. This eco-luxury lodge is perfectly positioned near Kazuma Pan for viewing elephant migrations and diverse plains game. Game drives, cultural village tours, and agri-tourism experiences are included.

Day 7: Chobe National Park & Chobe River Safari

Head to the famous Chobe National Park for a 4×4 safari in search of elephants, lions, and rare antelope species. After lunch in Kasane, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on the Chobe River, where elephants often gather to drink and play in the water.
