Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge - Overview
Introduction to Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge
Botswana, Chobe National Park is a place brimming with excitement and exploration.
Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge is nestled in a private concession, just an hour’s drive south of the Chobe River and Chobe National Park. One of its borders is Zimbabwe’s impressive Hwange National Park, and the scenery surrounding the lodge features a captivating mix of wooded savannah and lush forest. This destination offers an exciting wilderness experience, and while it may be a bit secluded, it provides an excellent opportunity for exceptional wildlife observation in a unique setting.
The lodge embraces its commitment to the environment wholeheartedly, operating entirely on solar energy. Waste is transformed, and effluent is purified and reintroduced to the environment. The camp features 11 charming thatched suites, each boasting its own bathroom, while the main area offers a cozy and well-appointed atmosphere. The in-house waterhole serves as a captivating draw, illuminated at night to reveal the wonders of nocturnal wildlife.
Exciting activities center on the thrilling morning and afternoon game drive. Your guide will be searching for the iconic wildlife of northern Botswana, including elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and zebras, along with their predators like lions, hyenas, wild dogs, and leopards. A secluded environment allows you to experience guided bush walks and offers an opportunity to engage with a local community, providing a glimpse into the daily life of a village in Botswana. Exciting opportunities for exploration at the Chobe River, Hwange National Park, and Victoria Falls await your discovery.
