Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Bogoria

Your Kenya Safari begins in Nairobi with an early departure toward Lake Bogoria. Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley and arrive at your lakeside lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, explore Lake Bogoria National Park, famed for its hot springs, geysers, and thousands of pink flamingoes that seasonally blanket the soda lake.

Day 2: Lake Bogoria to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, travel to Lake Nakuru National Park—an important conservation area known for its thriving populations of white and black rhino, Rothschild’s giraffes, and an impressive variety of birdlife. Enjoy game viewing and overnight at a comfortable lodge inside the park, with views over the lake and surrounding acacia woodland.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

Begin with a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru, then continue to Lake Naivasha. After lunch at your lodge, take a guided walking safari on Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, where you can spot wildlife on foot including giraffes, antelope, and birds like pelicans and fish eagles. Optional visit to Hell’s Gate National Park for cycling or hiking adventures.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara

Journey south via Narok town to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s top safari destination. Arrive at your tented safari camp nestled in a private conservancy near the reserve. Enjoy dinner by the river as you listen to the sounds of the African bush under starlit skies.

Day 5: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari

Spend a full day game viewing in the Masai Mara, one of Africa’s best wildlife parks. Search for the Big Five and other iconic species such as giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, and warthogs across the savannah. Depending on the season, you may witness the dramatic Great Wildebeest Migration. Optional hot-air balloon safaris are available.
