Day 1: Blantyre to Majete Wildlife Reserve – Malawi

Your Southern Malawi Safari begins in Blantyre, Malawi’s economic hub. After a morning departure, journey southwest for about two hours to Majete Wildlife Reserve in the Lower Shire Valley. Once settled at the lodge within the reserve, head out on a thrilling game drive or enjoy wildlife viewing at the floodlit waterhole. Majete is a prime location for spotting elephants and other African wildlife.

Day 2: Majete Wildlife Reserve – Malawi

Spend the day exploring Majete Wildlife Reserve, one of Malawi’s top safari destinations. This vast reserve is home to the Big 5 and over 3,200 animals. Enjoy game drives in open safari vehicles, with the chance to spot leopards, lions, elephants, buffalo, and rhinos, along with other wildlife species.

Day 3: Zomba – Malawi

Day 6: Mua Mission – Malawi

Day 7: Mua Mission to Lilongwe – Malawi
