Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Kenya
Your Tanzania & Kenya Safari begins with pickup from your Nairobi hotel. Travel along the Great Rift Valley to a tented camp near Masai Mara. After lunch, enjoy your first game drive in Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve, home to the Big Five and abundant plains game.
Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara – Kenya
Spend the entire day exploring the Masai Mara, known for its diverse wildlife and the Great Migration. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more. Optional sunrise balloon safari available (additional cost).
Day 3: Masai Mara to Speke Bay – Kenya/Tanzania
Cross the border into Tanzania and arrive at Lake Victoria. Enjoy optional activities such as fishing or a boat ride. Overnight at Speke Bay Lodge near Serengeti National Park.
Day 4: Speke Bay to Serengeti National Park – Tanzania
Enter Serengeti National Park via the western corridor. Spend the day on game drives across the Serengeti plains, known for incredible predator sightings and vast savannah landscapes. Overnight at Ikoma Safari Camp or similar.
Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park – Tanzania
Explore the central Serengeti in search of wildlife. Depending on the season, you may witness the Wildebeest Migration. Return to your tented lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge – Tanzania
After a morning game drive and breakfast, travel to Olduvai Gorge for a museum visit. Learn about early human history before continuing to your lodge near Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Tanzania
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Enjoy a full-day 4×4 game drive and picnic lunch. Overnight at Ngorongoro Forest Tented Lodge or similar.
Day 8: Ngorongoro to Arusha & Optional Transfer to Nairobi
Drive to Arusha after breakfast with a packed lunch en route. Option to end your safari in Arusha or continue to Nairobi by shuttle. Airport transfers available in Nairobi.

This Tanzania & Kenya Safari uses custom 4×4 Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs for optimal game viewing. Each vehicle is equipped with a fridge and accommodates up to six passengers, ensuring everyone has a window seat.
