We need to find out your accommodation in Serengeti the night before your balloon flight so we can assess the possibility of a transfer to the nearest take-off site. While it is not something that happens often, there is a chance that the balloon might not launch because of challenging weather, like fierce winds or pouring rain. If a balloon fails to launch, passengers will be issued a complete refund, minus a small administration fee.
